RETURN POLICY

A lot of hard work went into each piece. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, I do accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Please send me an email with your name and order number to hannahdavisjewelry@gmail.com or click this link: RETURNS, and ship items back with 21 days of receipt. I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Custom orders are not exchangeable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and they are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.

REPAIR POLICY

If your piece requires repair or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please do not hesitate to email me hannahdavisjewelry@gmail.com or click this link: REPAIRS. Items which need repair within 60 days of purchase will not incur a repair fee. After this window, repairs start at $25 but can vary depending on materials and the extent of the repair. After sending us an email and receiving confirmation you may send your piece back via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
